Barking mad

Had a same day doctor appointment this morning after the dog walk to see about this foot issue.

She asked if I was active.
I said yes. She said how active?
I said, well last week it overdid it with 203K steps.
She said that’s your problem….next!

Rest is the answer.

MrsT and I did the next dog walk before I had my French lesson.

I had a ten pin bowling league match this evening. We won 6-0 but I played gash.

A wins a win though.
