Back to the grind today for what (for me, Chris) turned out to be an eventful working day....and not in a good way. Still, the week can only improve surely. Still going with the 10,000+ steps a day, haven't missed a day yet. Saw these daffs on the first walk at lunchtime, this evening was in the rain!

A quick run round to Potters Bar tonight for the regular meeting of the North London bit of Club Triumph (I went in the Toyota though!!!). Picked up all our extended team member's awards for finishing the 10 Countries Run last September and a special award for Annie recognising all her work on the event.
