Black Dragon Wash

Exactly 5 years ago (not planned, just coincidental dates!), we biked up the canyon itself (you can see the trail in the shadows). It was a great ride. Last night we camped at the mouth of the canyon, perfect solitude, the total silence except for some birds sounds was just lovely. 
In the morning I hiked up the slick rock and along the top edge above the canyon. A hike to remember. Black Dagon Wash will always be a special place for me.
