It's been a long but lovely day..

Jess and I were up early and on our way to Lockerbie to catch the train to Edinburgh and see LUKE (Jess loves Luke) So exciting! He was there at Waverley and we walked back to Portobello and the BEACH (Jess loves the beach).

We had lunch at a little cafe (I had almost forgotten what that felt like).

LAURA came round in the afternoon (Jess loves Laura) and we made sushi.

We had another walk along the BEACH and visited the place where I fell and broke my hip in September. Closing that chapter, just like when I took my crashed bike to the tip.

So many good things in one day. I think I shall go to bed smiling.
