Kyoto

We were at a model railway exhibition in Bangor Co Down and came across this wonderful representation of Kyoto station....A friend of mine is just back from a trip to Japan and she was really impressed.. The model included an interpretation of Nara park which houses a gigantic Buddha... The deer in the park bow to visitors when they feed them...Learned behaviour, but even so! Amazing layout and the modeller was keen to talk about his inspiration. His son lives in Japan and the whole family contributed to the project.. Wonderful!
