ghost stane

This is Mabie Forest, home to one of the "7 Stanes" mountain biking locations. Each of them has a stone sculpture - Mabie's is the "Ghost Stane". It does look eerie as you approach it through the beech woods. Jess and I had a nice walk up there this morning  - 4.5 miles - and then I walked a further 4 miles behind the mower. The grass grows very quickly at this time of year!
