A great QiGong session this morning, very much needed and appreciated by me as I have missed the last 3.

Hubby is now up the allotment putting in his broad beans, which he insists on growing but I really do not like them at all.  Still he will be happy passing them on to Mum and neighbours.

Not a lot else to say today.  At least here in Grange it's not raining, a bit cloudy but pleasant enough.  Hope you are all having a great Bank Holiday - I keep forgetting it's a Bank Holiday!!!!!
