Wow, that is lovely. Never used raw but this shot is superb, maybe I should.
~ Canterbury
very nice. once you go raw you never go back.
@Canterbury: try Raw, the file sizes are huge, but it's so much more flexible when it comes to post-processing.

I understand RAW and HDR. AEB? Great image there, I need to learn HDR.
~ Chaos

excellent!

Super shot and the more I hear about HDR, the more I need to learn about it.

AEB
Most DSLRs (and some more advanced compact cameras) come with a feature called ?Automatic Exposure Bracketing? (AEB) which can be useful to learn how to use in such situations.
By selecting it you can quickly take three shots (usually three) at different exposures without having to manually change any settings between frames.
I have set AEB to -2 0 +2 for a full range and take 3 pictures. 5 would be better but my camera can not do that automatically.
Use a tripod!!!!!!!

Nice result. I always thought 3 was enough.

Very nice and subtle The worst thing about HDR is a picture that has obviously been HDRed!
~ bri

AEB, I can do that, thanks!
~ Chaos

very nice, I like it, and I need to emulate it,
Will forward to stevie to see he sees it too, did you see his HDR image of the Spitfire?
~ dogwoodpuddle

Awesome HDR, almost looks like a panorama?
Very subtle HDR totally awesome!
What software are you using for this?
Cheers for the link Bob ;-)
~ stevie
I agreed...I think the real skill with HDR shots is not being able to tell they're HDR....great shot and very subtle!
