About Caught Snapping

I recently bought a new camera (yippee!). Its one of those small dinky ones that fit in your pocket so I take it everywhere. Here's the thing. I want to understand what makes a great photograph. I want to learn what all the camera functions do! I want to take photographs wherever and whenever I want. There will be many mistakes, much deleting and most of the images won't mean a heck of a lot to anyone else. But I'm going to have fun anyway!
