Thursday 2 September 2010: Butterfly
The butterflies were enjoying the last of the buddleia tonight so it was a good chance to add a Red Admiral to my collection (of photos).
Everything back to normal after last nights excitement, Mark who works with me asked the question this morning, Would I go in a balloon again? well having thought about it today and knowing now what I would be letting myself in for yes! I would especially on a bright frosty morning that would be something else again.
I have put some more shots on Google if you would like a look the link is on yesterdays page, Thank you for all the comments and yes it was scary to begin with 50 feet of the ground but by 7000 feet I didn't care.

Glad the balloon ride was so much fun! You're so brave!
What a down to earth blip today compared to yesterday... a lovely one nevertheless!

That is quite the scariest looking butterfly I have seen! I am always amazed by the hairy backs.
