Monday 21 May 2012: A crow right of the fence
After yesterday's crowds, I went for a long, peaceful walk around Anglezarke Reservoir, North of Bolton, near Chorley. It seems Summer has begun. I visited White Coppice Cricket Club, possibly the most picturesque ground I have played on. I was last there in about 1979 and it had not changed a bit.
The clear blue sky made me concentrate on minimalist shots, of gorse or of bracken or these reservoir thingummies.
Also a few black and white shots, such as this one, of trees trying to haul unwitting passers by into the deep, dark woodland.
The chosen blip made me think of this song. Completely inappropriate on a fine day but there you go.
