Monday 20 May 2013: Best Monday ever

Some very clever local boys have dug out a pump track in the school playing field. I took Noah after dropping the girls at school. We stayed for an hour, then went home to have a quick tidy round, make sandwiches, and then headed back for more fun before nursery. I brought a football for Luka, who was happy just to kick that around the track. It was just the best fun ever, we had such a laugh, as you do when there's an element of danger - flying down steep slopes on a tiny bike and straight over big bumps.
So I took Rohan's bike for her after school, leaving Lily a change of clothes in the shed so she could nip back and get her bike if she wanted to... She was happy to make daisy chains instead, and by then the sun had come out, so we stayed as long as we could, and got ice poles on the way home.
