Wednesday 11 July 2012: Sherwood Forest (193/366)
Lots of quick-growing pines with their straight trunks in Sherwood Forest.
We were up early for a Woodland Awakening walk, but unfortunately the noise level from the children (not just those in our party) was such that most of the wildlife had sacked off long before we got there. So, we didn't see any of the much-feared snakes. My £5 bet with Jon won.
