Wednesday 19 June 2013: shadow time..

..on a long brown road with a little brown dog.

With winter solstice just a day or so away the shadows are long by mid afternoon. The blue skies and bright sunlight are lovely BUT there is still little water in the brook.
Unless we have big rains sooner rather than later, things may be very tight on the water front come spring and summer.
