Saturday 18 October 2014: Evening Spaziergang
Finally charged my Fitbit and strapped it back on. It's time to make getting back in shape a top priority. I've gained too much weight and having recently strayed from my gluten-free diet, my joint pain is severe.
This evening we went for a 7km walk at a good clip - the sunset on the river was lovely after a beautiful warm autumn day. In total, Fitbit tells me I logged just over 13,000 steps. An ok start. A few more ibuprofen and I hope to do better tomorrow.
