It's my birthday today, and while I've had lots of wrapped treats and been surrounded by lovely people, my current sugar free existence meant there could be no birthday cake!
Kai was rather put out by this.
What kind of birthday has no cake? Pah!
So with a bit of inventiveness and I created these frozen puddings with a crunchy biscuit base and light frozen orange flavored carob mousse.
Sugar and gluten free.
And utterly delicious!
Kai is slightly appeased!
