Touristish

They say a change is as good as a rest, which is obviously horse shit but a wee change now and then is good. Today I decide that although I could probably have justified not going to work and coughing and wheezing at everyone, a rest was required so I'd take the bus and train instead of car and bike. It's been so long that it had some novelty value - reading a book, looking at things, sitting doing nothing.

And a wee wander through town before going to work. Haven't had a wee pre-work dander for ages. I miss those. Edinburgh's lovely on a sunny morning.

Train home was less good. Just too busy. And the bus back. Well, there is a bus back, which is another novelty. So exciting that I had to tweet about it all the way home.
