Tuesday 22 May 2012: Bradford -twinned with.... Polo ?

In 2006 some (to be honest - hideous 1960's concrete monstrosities) were demolished to make way for a new shopping centre.

The the recession hit, and work stopped. Six years later, Bradford still has a massive hole in the middle.

Even the summery weather can't improve the view. Oh, ok, it does look worse when it's raining.
