Saturday 11 February 2012: That ain't no Guiness....

Early start again today - worked a half a day in PO and Jer came with me. It was nice to have him with me at work.

We decided to drive around and had lunch in Tacoma at an old firehouse (found it on Urban spoon). It was good pub food, but laden with more calories than I should be consuming in a day.

Came home and napped for 4 hours!!! I don't think that's considered a nap anymore.

Spent the rest of the evening catching up on blips and doing more computer work while Jer went out for drinks with J.

Made this for my late night 'dinner' - super smoothie with: raw almonds, goji berries, acai juice, coconut water, maca powder, raw cacao, spirulina, chia seeds, frozen banana and raw honey. Maybe a little potent at midnight, but better than any other food options at this hour.

Ugh, haven't done any yoga in over 2 weeks and I'm starting to feel it....hope to get a class in tomorrow AM, just for my own piece of mind. Good night.
