Tuesday 18 June 2013: Heaven and hell
It's a while since I was last in Blackpool. It's even more down at heel than I've ever seen it; lots of boarded up hotels, and remarkably quiet for a warm June day.
On a more positive note, I've discovered this part of the world is caravan and camper van heaven. I've already scored a miniature washing up bowl and a set of levelling wedges at Internet prices, and we're I'm planning a stop at World Of Awnings in Preston in the way home.
