I am a housewife who loves to take pictures of anything that grabs my interest. I, myself, don't think that I am any good at photography after seeing some of the great and professional looking blip journals on here.

I have two grandsons, one who is 6 years old, and the other 9 months, and they act as my main subjects.

This site was introduced to me by my niece's husband (Sp33dway) at my brother-in-law's 60th birthday bash in January 2007 and since then have been hooked. I now have an Olympus E410 (with two lenses) bought for me by my husband for Christmas 2008 at a bargain price from PC World. Also have just got an E-PL1 as an early birthday pressie, that was bought at a bargain price!

All I wish for is to get better at photography.
Going to different places would be ideal to, a bit of a change from Stockport! I have, at least since I first wrote this, been to Florida and what a great place it was to!
