Saturday 28 January 2012: Kite Festival

I took the kids to a kite festival at the beach today. It was quite impressive. Saw some enormous, impressive kites, including a blue whale!

We took my boy's kite along, which he got two years ago but we had never had any luck with. Got it going brilliantly today and he had great time with it. Dad quite enjoyed his turn as well.
