About A Leftfield Year

I am a woman in her late 50s who works as an Administrator at one of the Oxford Colleges. Married with 3 grown-up children - one studying for a first degree in Anthropology, another in his final year of a doctorate and the third working as an Editor on a Charity magazine. Last year I finally gained a degree myself - from the Open University. Apart from that, I love cats (we have two) and my knees are clapping out. The specialist told me today that I probably need key-hole (or is it knee-hole?) surgery.
