I am presently a student nurse. I am a mum of a 16 and 12-year old,  a collie x government experiment and 2 cats!
All my photos will be taken with my iPhone 5. I'm (STILL)not very competent, but eager to learn and try out things!

Update 22/01/2014

So I was reminded the other day by Alex that it was time I did an update to my journal!

140 photos in and I'm hooked. Apparently it takes 80 times of doing the same action to make it a routine, so I guess blipping is well and truly embedded in my daily routine!

At this stage I have to thank my lovely subscribers for their very encouraging support - you all know who you are - my time here would not have been the same without your participation. My photography has improved, I certainly look at the World around me with different eyes and that is also thanks to your fabulous photos, you are all such an inspiration. To see so many styles and subjects from all over the World is quite incredible!

Of course now I also have a REAL camera my gorgeous Canon Powershot G16! It's fabulous and this year along with MistyMoo we'll be learning how to take fabulous shots with our G16's!

Sept 2014

So I am no longer a student. Nurse, I'm now qualified and living back down in the South far from the Scottish Highlands!
Blipping has been a day to day event and part of my life for over a year, but I think 12  hour shifts are going to make daily blipping difficult and I don't want it to become a chore, or blip photos for the sake of it. So I will now blip when I am inspired and days off. Commenting has also become difficult, so I don't expect you to comment on my blips, only if you feel a need to! I too will be watching and admiring your amazing photos and will comment when I can or am inspired to say something worthy!
Blip remains an inspiring friendly place to be and I am so glad to have found it! :)

So dawns a new beginning with my Fuji X-T1, and a new founded impetus to Blip also! Time seems to fly and moments pass by, but I'm trying to capture them as much as possible and just get out there and enjoy photography, alongside https://www.blipfoto.com/SnapperJude who continues to guide me through my amateurish photography moments (of which there are many!).,
