Monday 21 May 2012: Jersey Toad
Was wandering past The Toad on the Pole on my way home to the apartments tonight. I have seen it often but have never googled it before today. Apparently it is called The Crapaud which is French for toad and is the nickname given to jersey men.
Flew out here this morning as my project is finally implementing - good to see it live before I leave as its been a bloody difficult one.
Sharing an apartment this week with my chum Debbie so had a night in and cooked us steaks and baked spuds. Served with nice salad. Yum.
Out tomorrow night. And maybe Wednesday and Thursday to :-)
