I am a South African, staying with my daughter C, son-in-law R snr and grandson R jnr. We stayed in Zambia for just over 4 years and moved back to SA end of March 2009, halleluja!

I am working at a Cambridge Private School in South Africa. I am the granny of a lovely grandson of 18, who hope to finish school in November 2011! He is in love with sweet little 'A' she is sixteen, they are going to the same School, where I working the finance department, his dad teaches at the High School section and his mom teaches part time in the foundation phase. The school was founded in January last year.

My beloved son and his spouse are staying in Sweden, the two of them are keen blippers, they inspired me to join up as well.

I am anything but a photographer, but I am willing to learn!

I have reached the 500 mark on 26 March, uninterrupted, and I must admit, I am quite surprised and very proud! I never knew I could turn into a 'Journal keeper', just goes to show: You're never too old to learn!! ;-) I hope to publish my 1,000th entry on 8 August 2011!! Phew!!
