Thursday 7 February 2008 : Gateway to Europe or London?

With the opening of St.Pancras and Ebbsfleet as Eurostar stations, Ashford has lost a chunk of it's international services, but in just under two years we are being promised high-speed trains to London. I see them in testing at the end of our street, but they aren't going very fast.
