Tuesday 18 June 2013: A weedy point of view
From yesterday's blip of the rare and beautiful butterfly to today's blip of the ever so common weed Ground Elder (Aegopodium podagraria). This year it seems to thrive a lot better than usual - it flowers abundantly. Well at least there are plenty of recipes if you want to make it useful (and tasteful).
