I decided, in my wisdom, that I wanted to make up a photo album of Scott's pics. I love photographs and love them even more when they can be held and looked at and pondered over without the need for modern day technology.(mainly because I fall out with anything remotely technical)
Anyhoo, the folder on the PC containing all Scott's pics, nothing else, takes a full three minutes to open and not because of the age of the PC (although you can hear the mice in the big box on the floor) but because of the amount of data within it.
As I was sorting through the pics for the album, it occured to me that the images selected all meant something - like his first journey in the car to come home, or his first bottle feed. This has now resulted in my photo album changing into me attemping to build a scrapbook for him.
I am in no way artistic, or have any imagination when it comes to this sort of thing, so the final "keepsake" could be interesting! Hopefully it'll look better than my living room floor did this afternoon after I finished trimming the first batch of photos.

Well done for printing these out, it is so easy to keep photos on the computer nowadays and have no 'albums' to look through,that is what we'll miss in the future. It'll be nice for him to look through in later years.Enjoy the process.
