MonoMonday: through the window

Into town at the crack of dawn this morning, for an appointment in the stunning SAHMRI (South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute) building on North Terrace Adelaide.

I've spoken of this before, but I'm taking part in a CSIRO study on the effects of vitamin D enhanced mushrooms on the cognitive ability of older adults. This is my second visit - only one more to go at the end of 6 months. I hesitate to say - but I do feel slightly more alert, but that might be because I am concentrating harder. Who knows! I do know that I am remembering the knitting patterns rather better, and that's a real bonus.

Anyway, quite apart from that, the day started miserably weather wise, and degenerated from there, so it was a really good MonoMonday challenge for me. What better than the SAHMRI building through the car window.

The cars behind me weren't too impressed, but they'll get over it.
