Living in Yorkshire and older than you, I love backpacking, camping out in the hills, cooking and travelling when I can.

I'm happy in the Lakes, in Scotland, in the Dales, in Wales, by the sea, in a plane, on a boat, wherever.

Bizarrely I love working too! (in IT and project type stuff, but I'm pretty sure I'd be happy being busy at most things).

I had something else to say but forgot...

As for blipping - how great is this???

I found Blip through following Year of Happy and S G Warnog on Twitter and loved the idea of just 1 photo a day. I've had a camera of some description or another for over 30 years now but learned more from Blipfoto in a week than ever before.

But more than the photography aspect (which I humbly but honestly think I will never be great at), the challenge of finding 1 shot (be it great or just a bit different), means you look and observe so much more. I expect to flatten my nose any day now as I look up, down, left and right, anywhere but forward....
