Tuesday 31 August 2010: Sad

My best friend returned back to Edinburgh after burying her father yesterday. While I never met him, he was obviously a very well respected man in the island community and hundreds turned up to pay their respects at his funeral. I wish I'd met him as he seemed like a pretty amazing man.

This was snapped while I was waiting in the car while my friend picked up our Chinese takeaway. There's not much you can do when a friend is grieving but some food from the Panda Inn and some company helped a little I hope.
