Hi... Thank you for clicking on "RichieBoo". My name is Richard, commonly known as Boo. I have always had an interest in art (photography) but up until December 2011 never really took photos and never even had a DSLR in my mits!

For Christmas (2011) Santa brought Boo a Lumix DMC FZ100 along with Photshop Elements 10, and unfortunalety when it got sent back for repair, somehow between the shop and the repairers it got lost! So my new replacement is a LUMIX DMC FZ150! My back up Camera is a Fujifilm hd50 (great compact - achieve good lightbursts with it) I have never had the priviledge before and really looking forward to the challenge of turning out some works of art (I'll be judge and jury lol) In April of 2013 I got my my very first DSLR NIKON D7000 and I'm looking forward to pushing my boundaries!

Since joinging BLIP I'm started and finished an UCPD in Digital Photography course at Teesside University and the excitment of doing that this beyond believe and I was graded a "B" :))

I consider my photpgraphical views a bit like my music - I have a huge spectrum of tastes. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

On the 5th December I celebrated my year in blip, in one way it feels like I've been here forever and yet in another it's flown by!
