Wednesday 4 July 2007: Final cut....

Today is my last day as a smoker..
This is my last packet of cigarets..
Tomorrow I will no longer be an addict.
From tomorrow, I choose to be dependent on life, on living..

I will let go of my drug dependence...
And I look forward to do it..
