Monday 15 March 2010: Bean Toes - The Sequal.....

.....Monday weigh-in. Through a modest increase in exercise and some subtle food group adjustments, I've recorded a 3.5lb decrease in weight this week. Slightly above my planned run rate to achieve 1kilo (2.2 pounds) per week, but I'm told that is common in the first week. Currently no plans for London travel and only limited social events, so should be quite straight forward to maintain a good eating pattern and take regular exercise.

Have a good week blip chums.
