Scobes

Thursday 2 September 2010: Happy 23rd Birthday.....

...Nancy. Flew home from London this morning, minus my G9, which is now locked in the safe at the hotel I was staying in. I'll collect it next Tuesday when I'm back down for work.

Uneventful day at work was followed by presentation of Nancy's birthday gift, and then off to Empires Cafe for a Turkish meze with herself, Owen and the family CoolJim. Scrummy food, interesting hot drinks and BYO booz....all good and even time for some chat when we weren't policing the hyper twins.

Nancy had built our newly delivered bed in my absence, so I'm off to try it out.
