About Faux Toes

Hi, my name is Tracy Clark. A friend from my childhood and I just reconnected and we discovered we both love photography! In the course of getting to know each other, she mentioned blipfoto and I thought I would give it a try. I actually started my Picture a Day for 365 on December 1, 2009, just because I was too excited to wait a month. hahah I was logging my pic a day on Facebook but have now decided to exclusively use blipfoto.

I have always seen the world from an Artist's perspective.......I've always gone through my day as if my eyes were a viewfinder and have always considered everything I do or see, a photo opportunity!

I guess what frustrates me the most is when others don't "see" what I see. They don't understand a truly good photo. For instance, they are unaware of the rule of thirds.......and i hear comments like, "but it's not centered." For instance, I love out of focus photos...that capture movement or, a partial shot that just highlights a "part of something...."

In the over thirty days I've already taken a photo a day, I have to say, it's been a real challenge. I leave home in the dark and come home in the dark. Needless to say, there are a lot more "inside" shots than I'm used to. I also take my camera EVERYWHERE...even the grocery store!
