Thursday 2 September 2010: Cross Sphericular
The beginning of a new term often brings interesting changes to the fabric of the school building. Over the summer break, temporary classrooms, fallen ceilings, flood damage apart, this beautiful sphere appeared in the entrance hall. It has been created by a collaboration between different faculties and our wonderful Sheena who transforms corridor surfaces into works of art. I've blipped this from the best angle to avoid the missing ceiling tiles/gaping holes!

Great shot Wendy - my other one had the missing tiles! You found out more about it's origin than I did. I thought you would have your eye on this!
