Thursday 2 September 2010: Elderberries.
Passport photos off to the council - so that we can get a parking badge - so that we can get into the shopping centre to get passport photos! Thanks goodness I was able to do them myself!
Picked and stoned 15lbs of plums. Am now covered in scratches and nettle stings - and my hands look as though I'm a heavy smoker.
Man from the TV shop sounded as though he couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery when I phoned him to tell him the TV HDMI connections had blown. Am gearing up for a fight on that one, but we'll see how it goes tomorrow.
Still it was a beautiful day. Long may it continue!

Lovely focus on the elderberries. Well done, stoning all those plums! So it's jam-making next, then, is it?

Beautiful.
My good friend made me a flu remedy with these... I had been feeling awful for a long time. Did the trick! Make sure you squirrel some away!
