Thursday 8 December 2011: Day 64. 365grateful - LJS christmas party

Today I was back at work, taught my final class of the year (for which I am very grateful!) and went to the London Jewellery School christmas party. It was great fun with goodie bags, pass the parcel, a student jewellery competition and a raffle. I won the final raffle prize (which was fab - some earrings). So today I am grateful for lots of things, I especially enjoyed talking to other like-minded people.

There are more blessings in my life than I can count.

The 365 Grateful Project
In early 2008, in an effort to fight depression, Hailey Bartholomew started a year long photographic project which involved taking one Polaroid photo a day of something she felt grateful for.
I thought that this was such a fab idea I would do it as well. I have been blipping on and off recently but I lost my enthusiasm for it when I felt that every day was the same, always going to the same place. However, I think that documenting something I am grateful for each day gives it a different slant.
