Mystery

I picked this flower from the edge of our neighbours garden. Is it still stealing if it's hanging over onto our drive?  

I added the name to it as usual only to be told by Igor that it wasn't a foxglove at all. Apparently it doesn't look like one, the leaves are the wrong shape and it's not even the correct time of year. What do I know? Anyway if you can solve the mystery please do!!
