I am married and the father of two awesome girls. We live near Detroit Michigan USA. All four of us have lived in Michigan our whole lives. For the girls that's not saying much, but for my wife and me it says a lot. We live in a beautiful state that has four distinct seasons and is surrounded by some amazing shoreline. They don't call them the Great Lakes for nothing.

I am an audio engineer by trade. I work primarily in the advertising arena but we do mixes beyond 30 and 60 seconds for a variety of projects.

I blip to have fun, to interact with the fabulous blip community, and, like many of you, to try to improve my photography skills. For now I shoot with a Canon Powershot SD750. I have learned a great deal about it since joining blipfoto, not the least of which is to work beyond the auto setting.

You all have instilled in me a great case of Camera envy that I may carry for quite some time. Still, your comments and your photos are an inspiration to me daily.
