An Appointment With The Wickerman - Meet the cast and crew and some fantastic photo opps too

Last month we offered you the chance to meet and photograph Alan Cumming through our friends at the National Theatre of Scotland and, following the success of the last "social media call", they've invited us back - and once again, it's a real treat.

Appointment With The Wickerman has taken up residency at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for August and the National Theatre of Scotland is inviting Blippers to a one-off glimpse behind the scenes, to meet the cast and crew and get some fantastic photo opportunities.

Everyone who comes along will also receive free tickets to see the show on the same afternoon (Tuesday 7 August).

Co-written by and starring one of Scotland's most popular performers, Greg Hemphill (Chewin' the Fat) with Sean Biggerstaff (Harry Potter) and featuring a top line-up of Scottish comic talent, Appointment with The Wicker Man is a new musical adaptation and an affectionate spoof homage to Robin Hardy's cult film classic.

The event takes place at the new refurbished Assembly Rooms, George St, Edinburgh on Tuesday 7 August, at 12.45pm for a 1pm start. Participants will receive a complementary ticket to the performance at 3.10pm.

This is the first ever social media call exclusively for social media users. This means more time with the stars of the show and greater access to the action happening on stage as members of the mainstream press won't be in attendance.
