Monday 15 March 2010: Crossing Over
I've been clearing out my virtual spaces, sorting out and rearranging. As usual I put off the technical bits because I'm too scared of losing content/breaking something/making a bigger mess than I started with. I was crossing the Forth today, via the Kincardine Bridge and thought about the fearless bridge builders - now that would be scary!
Kincardine Bridge, built in the 1930s. It's got a central swing section that used to allow bigger vessels up the Forth. It hasn't swung open since 1988. There are some very lovely art deco street lamps on the bridge and one day, when I get out of the car and have lots of time I'll blip them, as well as the pretty little boats on the water, the stunning landscape scenery and the new Clacks bridge beside it.

Fabulous blip. I've been to Forth bridge on our Scotland trips, always stopping at a lovely cafe that has a gorgeous few of the massive structure. Beautiful area.
