Saturday 13 October 2007: Doing my part to bring down The Man
I watched Conspiracy Theory earlier with ma famille and it freaked me out, as conspiracy theories usually do. I'm very susceptible to that sort of thing, being rather paranoid and suspicious most of the time anyway. Anyway, I took this picture of my very own copy of Catcher in the Rye to show that I love it and that the government doesn't own me and banned book lists can't controll what I read.
Gah, I feel all indignant now. Look over that list- do you recognise any familiar books? Some of my most favourite books ever are on that list. It is horribly unabashedly unfair that someday children may not have the oppourtunity to read them. Fahrenheit 451, anyone?
Also, a bit of the collage I'm working on is visible in my blip for today. I may post a picture of it when I'm finished. Maybe tomorrow if I don't have anything else exciting happen.
