This honeybee and stripy fly have no idea what's going on below them. They were very lucky not to suffer the same fate as the bumblebee's.
The flower is garlic chives.

Actually, sorry to be a pedant, but I was informed of this by my best mate, B, that this 'honey bee' is actually a fly when I made the same mistake earlier in the week. He's a beekeeper, so I guess he'd know!
Quite macabre but very cool.
