While on a walk along the River Esk today I noticed that the wild garlic was coming into flower. Dismissed in many quarters as a weed, it's only when you get down close that you realise the flowers are beautiful and very delicate.

I love wild garlic. The smell takes me back to childhood holidays in Cornwall. Very delicate.
