Et Viola!

Bottled my first batch of brew today. 3 weeks at 70F and they should be nicely carbonated. Definitely getting myself a bottling bucket with spigot.

5. "Constant Brewing" for sure. However, I have to say that it is a lot of work, surprisingly. Still, it's rewarding to do-it-yourself. And yes, Carol, I'll be giving a full report in three weeks. Stay tuned. :)
