Nearly a disater...

This was nearly my first missed blip after 140 or so continuously blipped days.

We were travelling to Lanzarote for our holiday today, and I completely forgot to take a deliberate blip. Fortunately I have this photo of the inside of a lens-cap from checking my camera in its underwater housing. Phew.

It was just black, but I normalised the histograms to make it just a bit more interesting. Since I don't believe the green pixels are actually more noisy than the others, the only conclusion I can draw is that the image processing in the camera has a bias - not surprising since a bayer sensor has twice as many green pixels as red or blue...
