Sunday 6 February 2011: Tall meets Small - I bow to thee!

It's been an eventful day! My dear old chummy Richard Wiles and I first met in person on this day last year for the Chichester 10K: He racing and me cheering him on.

Needless to say, there have been plenty of gauntlets thrown down in the intervening 364 days, so today we met for the 2011 Chichester 10K to honour our gauntlets!

Richard came past the finish line at 5'2", whilst I came in at 6'4", in quite respectable times of 48:21mins and 53:33mins respectively. And as is customary on such momentous occasions, I bowed to his greatness with the exchange of the coffee cups ritual.
