Friday 22 October 2010: A walk in the park

Dragged a friend along with me to my favorite park and running path. I don't remember the last time I was their solely to walk around and enjoy nature. Although I thoroughly enjoy a good runners high, which I'm almost guaranteed every time I set foot on that path, it was nice slowing down the pace a bit, camera in hand, and photographing the scenery.
